Shipping Policy


We have 2 Shipping options they are a Free Collection or Free 48Hour Delivery Service  provided by APC or Royal Mail (for larger items)

FREE 48HR Delivery Service 

Orders placed using the Free 48 Hour Delivery Service will normally be shipped within 1 working day and  will normally be with you within 3 days of purchase. If you requested additional software or upgrades on your system this will add further time to the delivery. 

Free Collection 

Our Address is 5-6 Whittonditch works, Ramsbury, Wiltshire, SN8 2XB. Items will normally be ready for collection next day, you will recieve a confirmation email to confirm item has been processed.  If you requested additional software or upgrades on your system this will add further time to the collection, so please wait until we contact you for collection. 

Standard Delivery Transit Time

We aim to deliver orders placed with standard delivery within 2-3 working days from the placement of your order. We use APC and Royal Mail to deliver our standard service parcels. 

Order Cut Off- If your order comes in after 2pm on a work day or at a weekend, it will not be processed until the following day so please allow an additional day for us to get the item to you.

Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

Simon C

Managing Director

Simon started Green Machine 10 years ago with the goal of helping people and diverting e-waste from landfill. His vision has become a reality and so far we have donated to over 100 schools and charities.


Office Manager

Marie has been involved with the company from day 1, supporting the growth and company ethos. She focuses on administration and human resources.


Business Development Manager

Sue joined our team because she believes in helping young people in IT. As our business development manager, Sue focuses mainly on training, team development, liasing with clients and business advisory support.


Sales and Marketing Team

Natalie joined Green Machine in 2021 as a Digital Marketing Executive to build her existing skills in a professional workplace. Natalie spends her time promoting the company on social media by writing blogs and creating content.

Frasier started at Green Machine in 2020, day to day, Frasier liaises with new and existing customers focuses on selling lots of tech, his main roles is in Technical Sales.

Aimee joined the team in 2021 as a Digital Marketing Executive and spends most of her time creating innovative content for the company and promoting what we do online.

Simon M

Operations Manager

Simon joined us at Green Machine in 2017 due to how much he admired the company ethos. Simon is in charge of managing our recycling team, arranging collections of old tech to divert it from landfill and communicating with customers.


Operations Team Leader

Ram has been with us at Green Machine since 2018, he saw the work we do and wanted to be a part of it. Ram can operate in nearly all the areas of the business but is often building computers, going out on collections or data sanitisation.


Recycling Technician

Josh has been at Green Machine since 2016 and was one of our first apprentices, josh decided to stay with us long term due to his love for the company's eco-friendly ethos. Josh's main role is booking in items from collections and putting them in the appropriate places.


IT Support Technician

David has always worked with computers and is highly skilled in the field. He is often dealing with the IT support needs of our customers.


IT Support Technician

Sam joined us in 2021 as he wanted a hands-on IT job. Sam is often on help desk answering phone calls and helping our customers with every need. When Sam isn't answering phone calls he is building computers and laptops.

Jeraldine started working at Green Machine in 2021 as she wanted a career change and learn more about tech. Jeraldine is often building up new computers and supporting our customers on the phone.
